About Us

Welcome to Yogashram, nestled in the heart of West Wales. We are home to the UK’s only Vedic Brahman cows and believe in practising yog in its purest form, sanitized of commerce. We perform Vedic Yagyas and conduct regular Sanatan Kriya Yoga sessions to help in your spiritual growth and delve deeper into the realms of reality. Yogashram is based on the philosophy and principles of the Dhyan Foundation and the teachings of Ashwini Guruji.

At Yogashram, we offer a variety of programs to help you experience the transformative power of this ancient Vedic science. Our Vedic Yagyas are a powerful tool to connect with the divine and receive their blessings. Our Sanatan Kriya Yoga sessions offer comprehensive instruction on asans (yog postures), pranayam (breathing techniques) and dhyan (meditation) that are key to longevity and help exude beauty, glow and radiance.

Experience the true essence of yog in the presence of highly experienced instructors. Immerse yourself in the serene atmosphere of our ashram, surrounded by the beauty of nature and the nurturing presence of traditional Vedic Brahman cows."Higher senses, when awakened, give the experiences of the worlds above and below and unveil the deepest secrets of creation and human life" says Ashwini Guruji, our inspiration and guiding light. We invite you to join us on this journey of self-discovery and spiritual growth!

Our Inspiration

Ashwini Guru ji is adept in ancient spiritual sciences: yoga, tantra, clairvoyance, spiritual healing and Vedic martial arts. His vast knowledge of Creation and a cohesive approach to living in harmony with nature has led him to author masterpieces on the rare practices of yoga in its pristine form (including the thesis on anti-ageing, Sanatan Kriya: The Ageless Dimension) with a practical approach to suit the modern ways of life — amalgamating the past with the present, without dilution.

Following the Guru-shishya parampara, Guru ji has held the hand of every seeker who has come to him and carried them through, teaching and inspiring them to do good, free of cost because Yog is a sadhana and not a business, and karma forms the basis for it. He taught us that ‘it is the dharma of every human to protect and provide for those weaker than them.’ thus, karma and kriya form the two pillars of one’s spiritual journey.

Apart from taking seekers from across ages on spiritual sojourns to places of importance in the Vedic culture, he has conducted lectures at various prestigious institutions like Oxford University, IIM Bangalore and London, and demonstrated live experiments in front of over 200 doctors to reveal the precision in clairvoyance and yogic abilities of the practitioners of yoga under his guidance.
